Using her personal foundation of integrity, honesty and commitment, Kathie built a resale and new home clientele which includes first time home buyers, homeowners trusting the sale of their homes to Kathie, to investors building a real estate portfolio with many specific property closings. Kathie’s “teacher’s heart” made for a rich experience for clients to be educated on real estate purchases whether it is their first home or multiple investment acquisitions/sales.

In 2013, Kathie took on the management of Riverview, a Don Julian/Mike Gipple new home community in Shawnee, KS, successfully overseeing sales until its completion in 2023. She then joined Staley Farms as part of the Jenny Burkhead Group, focusing on new construction. Working closely with builders, project managers, and buyers, Kathie thrives in every stage of the development process-from pricing new lots with developers and hosting open houses to guiding clients through transactions. Her passion for real estate and deep industry knowledge make her an invaluable asset to both buyers and developers.
